These herbal cigarettes or "Medicine wands," as we call them, are organic, 1 gram pre-rolls made with organic herbs from our gardens. They are best smoked with meditative, focused intention. They are also excellent for helping quit nicotine. They come as a pack of six.

  • Instructions for Herbal Smoking Blends

    Whether using our pre-rolls/medicine wands or rolling your own with our loose blends, our smoke blends are best consumed when savored and with intention. The two gram bag of the loose herbs yields roughly two herbal cigarettes or “medicine wands,” and the five gram bag of the loose herbs yields roughly five wands. In other words, they are not designed to be chain smoked. See them as an opportunity to connect with the moment and enjoy the experience of the flavors and energetic sensations that arise with each inhale and release.  

  • Note that while herbs have deep healing properties, sometimes one might encounter a sensitivity to them. Please be mindful of any sensitivities you might have and proceed with caution.

    Also, when using fire to light products, like incense; or heating water for tea; or lighting a medicine wand; and so on; please exercise caution not to burn yourself.
